In the event of any loss or damage, our experienced claims department will assist you with lodgement, negotiation and settlement of claims on your behalf.

The following process should be adopted if an accident or loss occur:

• Advise police if it is a crime (obtain a copy of report & event number)
• Do not make any statements or admit liability
• Advise Macquarie Insurance Brokers
• Complete incident report/claim form
• Make sure area is safe and no further claims can occur
• Await instructions
