Contract Works

Covers are available for both residential and commercial builders and are tailored to suit the projects you undertake.

Contract works insurance covers your contractual requirements to insure loss or damage to the works including items on site to be included in the works. The goods and materials comprising the works will have to be replaced at your expense if you go uninsured.

Contract Works Insurance covers:

• civil engineering construction projects
• roads, railways, commercial buildings, harbours, etc.
• commercial construction
• domestic dwellings
• new construction, additions, alterations

You are covered for physical loss/damage to your permanent or temporary works. You can add cover for your constructional plant (owned or hired). You can also opt for protection from legal liability to third parties, for damage or injury.

Your policy can be based on annual cover, or cover for specific projects.
